Ray Morneau & Tim Frost Headline Latest Horsepower Happenings

Sterling Heights, MI (Tuesday, May 5, 2020) - The world is beginning to take the steps necessary to return to normalcy amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Part of those steps for some, include returning to the race track and trading in the desktop computer for a seat behind the wheel of their race car. On this week's episode of Horsepower Happenings, former Flat Rock Speedway Street Stock Champion, Ray Morneau checks in from Canada to update his fans in the states on his career. Then, with over 20 years of financial and economic consultation experience, Tim Frost shares his motorsports driven opinion on how the racing world can respond to the global pandemic.

Following success near his hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Morneau became a fan favorite at Flat Rock in 2015, his rookie year, competing up front and earning the respect of many of his fellow competitors. Morneau's success reached the peak in 2017 when he raced his way to a Street Stock track championship. Since then, he has returned to his home country to pursue a career in Late Model Racing - currently racing Pro Late Models at Delaware Speedway, while hitting a select few APC United Late Model Series events. Morneau shares his stories and what might be in store for him.

Plus, Zach and Rich call Tim Frost, President of Frost Motorsports, LLC. Frost has performed feasibility studies, market demand studies, economic impact analysis, valuation and financial consulting of motorsports facilities and motorsports industry participants since the mid 1990s. Frost is also the Publisher of National Speedway Directory, an information source for the motorsports industry and developer of The Track Guide mobile app. In addition, he was the host of the annual Race Track Business Conference and is also on the Governing Board of the annual Global Sports Management Summit. Frost shares his opinions on how the motorsports world should react to the global pandemic, what owners/promoters should do moving forward, and how racing being the first sport to return could positively impact the industry.
