Sterling Heights, MI - This week on Horsepower Happenings, Zach Hiser and Rich Frantz call up the 2019 I-96 Speedway track champion, Chad Finley. The Saint Johns, Michigan native has had an up-and-down 2019 season, suffering a wrecked hauler that affected his team's NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series season, to finding victory lane and the track championship from I-96. Hiser and Frantz break it all down Monday at nine.
